Our client wanted dancing Minions that would 'spring' about their base, however we couldn't use a metal spring... Through iterative designs, FEA analysis and 3D prototypes I helped deliver a toy that was on time, on budget and with springiest spring that wasn't a spring. For Cereal Partners Worldwide the toys had to be designed to fit (and not break) protective bags. The toys can then be individually fed, at high speed, into boxes of cereal.
